Diane's Kitchen is a modest Korean restaurant tucked along 11th Street West in Saskatoon that offers a straightforward, no-frills dining experience focused on authentic flavors. The interior echoes the feel of a family-run spot—small and cozy, where the pride in cooking is clearly visible from the attentive service and the care in plating.

This place is well-suited for anyone looking to dive into classic Korean dishes without a fuss. The menu features plenty of well-executed staples like Original Korean Fried Chicken, Stone-Pot Bibimbap, and a spicy Seafood Pancake. Those who appreciate noodles will find satisfying options such as Bokkeum Udon and Jjajangmyeon, while the Jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup) stands out as a rich, hearty bowl perfect for chillier days.

The atmosphere at Diane’s feels unassuming yet inviting—a true practical spot more than a stylized dining destination. It works well for casual dinners, especially if you’re after generous portions and dishes that pack in bold, traditional flavors. The restaurant seems to attract locals who are familiar with Korean cuisine and appreciate authentic taste profiles, whether dining in or opting for delivery; their attention to order accuracy and thoughtful packaging comes through in customer feedback.

Visiting during early dinner hours might be best if you want a quieter experience before the early evening crowd, as the venue is relatively small and intimate. The friendly service and genuine care from the kitchen staff make it a comfortable choice for both Korean food enthusiasts and those newer to the cuisine alike.

If you’re hunting for well-prepared, spicy tofu soups like Soondubu Jjigae, flavorful beef BBQ, or staple dishes such as Japchae and kimchi-infused fried rice, Diane’s Kitchen reflects a practical and straightforward take on Korean dining in Saskatoon’s local restaurant scene.

Delivery. I ordered the Soodubu Jjiagae (spicy Tofu beef soup with rice) and Bokkeum udon noodles (stir fried noodles with seafood). They were both very very delicious. Service wise, they followed my order instructions exactly. Packaging well.

Absolutely amazing! The food was so delicious and plentiful. It was our first time going here and it definitely won’t be the last. A small cozy family run business, it’s easy the see the pride they take in their food. And they are so kind!! Thank you for the excellent service.

I really love this place. This restaurant was a recommendation from a colleague. I was very surprised and enjoyed every dish we ordered. I really like the Korean Fried Chicken, Japchae and the Kimchi-jigae. So delicious and flavorful! I wish I could go back but this is really far from my home location.

Great food! It's definitely a "hole in the wall" type of dining experience, but it certainly lives up to the reviews. Would recommend to anybody who wants to enjoy some Korean cuisine in the City of Saskatoon.

We wanted to try something new, and Diane’s Kitchen did not disappoint! To maximize the amount of food to try, we ordered a few dishes and shared family style. The highlights were the Korean fried chicken (SO crispy, breaded and cooked to perfection), the udon, and the Tteokbokki, which was served with sautéed cabbage and vegetables. I could’ve eaten a whole plate of that cabbage and tteokbokki sauce alone! Our meal was served with sides of kimchi, pickles, and vegetable pancakes which were great palate cleansers between the different foods. Everything was SO flavourful with an exciting but manageable spice level. 10/10, thanks for a great meal!

The BEST fried chicken in town. I have no idea how they get their chicken so crispy, but it is always incredibly crispy, golden brown, moist, tender and delicious. The regular is good but I love the chicken with the special sauce even more. It’s a perfect blend of sweet and savory, and it is delicious on some of the best chicken in the country, I’m sure. The noodle soup and the other small dishes of kimchi, seafood pancakes and everything else are delicious too, but if you get Diane’s, you HAVE to get the chicken.

The food was so delicious, with depth and flavor and more than enough to go around. The jjampong is hearty, and flavourful and the fried chicken is so crunchy, but moist on the inside. Definitely a must!
